I would like to know more about such a plant as dimorphoteka, planting and care, photo for example. A neighbor shared her flower seedlings, and there were several bushes of this culture. It’s still cold here, so for now I put her in cups and put her on the windowsill. Is Dimorphoteka too capricious and how does it grow? I mean, is it a perennial or next year it is necessary to sow seeds again?
Its simple inflorescences-baskets are so similar to chamomile, but their color is more varied. This is a beautiful dimorphoteka, planting and care (photo below) for which is minimal. Their height does not exceed 60 cm, and the branched stems are densely covered with emerald lanceolate leaves with a jagged edge. Closer to June, many buds begin to bloom among them. Under natural conditions, in its African homeland, dimorphoteka grows like a perennial. But our harsh climate does not leave the plant a chance to survive the winter, turning the flower into an annual crop. Both in nature and at home, dimorphoteka is most often propagated by seeds. You can sow them:
